Scope of work

The services, deliverables, timelines and revision counts for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or package confirmation. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.

Pricing and payments

Prices shown on this website are indicative package prices in Indian Rupees. Media spend, third-party software fees and taxes are excluded unless explicitly stated in the final proposal.

Monthly plans run for the stated plan duration and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

Timely access to brand assets, account access, approvals and feedback is required to keep delivery on schedule. Delays in these inputs may move agreed dates.

Intellectual property

Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client once all invoices for that engagement are settled. Advexia may display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless the client asks otherwise in writing.

Results and platforms

Advertising and social platforms control delivery, costs and policy enforcement. Advexia manages campaigns professionally but does not guarantee specific reach, cost or revenue outcomes.
