Cancellation & Refund
This page explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Advexia packages and project work.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle begins. The current plan duration continues to its end date and is not refunded once management work has started.
Project work
For project engagements, any advance covers work already scheduled and completed. If a project is cancelled mid-way, we invoice the work delivered up to that point and release the relevant files.
Creator packages
Creator packages are refundable only for unstarted deliverables. Edits or thumbnails already produced or delivered are not refundable.
Media spend and third-party fees
Advertising spend already used on a platform, and third-party software or subscription fees, cannot be refunded by Advexia.
How to request a cancellation
Send cancellation requests to hello@advexia.in or +91 7477555892 with your business name and the plan or project reference. We confirm every request in writing.
