How work is delivered

Design files, edits, thumbnails, ad creatives and website access are delivered digitally through email, cloud storage links or the relevant platform account.

Timelines

Delivery timelines are confirmed in the proposal or package confirmation before work begins. Campaign management runs continuously through the stated plan duration.

Timelines assume assets, approvals and account access are provided when requested.

Handover formats

Final files are supplied in standard, editable or export-ready formats appropriate to the deliverable. Additional formats can be requested during the project.
